Asides from the usual? Maybe loser has to wear the gear chosen by the winner. Loser has to post on their page and on the forums that they lost to the winner. Loser has to post pictures of their loss on their page and keep it there for a set period of time. There could be things like being ridden like a pony for as long as winner wants... Also spanking could be another won. If it's wrestle for top, maybe it is a dry ride without any lube... Just some ideas off the top of my head.
Judicial strapping? Forced haircuts? Dress code? "Slave" for a given amount of time ... get him washing your car, cutting the grass, cleaning your bathrooms etc.
