With shock, we follow the news and the evolving situation in Ukraine. Russia’s invasion of Ukraine at president Putin's command puts all Ukrainian citizens in great danger.
For our Ukrainian members on MeetFighters, we expand FightersAid, and offer a direct cash transfer to a bank account of your choice - no questions asked. To receive the money, get in contact with us directly.
To finance that, MeetFighters and ChatFighters, will use 100% of the January and February donations and assign them to FightersAid. In addition, all revenue created by WatchFighters in January and February will be added to FightersAid too.
Money left in FightersAid after helping our Ukrainian members will be transferred to official emergency funds. Such as Nothilfe Ukraine or Caritas International.

Thank you for the overwhelmingly positive feedback and everyone who donated in the past hours.
I received a few questions 'How to contribute'.
Our three websites' incomes will be dedicated to Ukraine/FightersAid.
We are not an officially listed charity organization; we are a private website, and we decided to send our income to Ukraine.
Suppose you have an active donation on our site. Normally you cannot donate again until your donations expire. Because of the current situation, we disabled this check. Meaning you can donate to us even if you have an active donation. You will not lose any days. Your donation gets extended by +365 days. Feel free to use the tip function on the donation to spend even more.
100% of your donation (and revenue created by WatchFighters) between 1st of January and 6th of March will be assigned to FightersAid/Ukraine.
4th of March Update:
Thank you all for your donations! Over 11.000EUR got already sent out to Ukrainian members of our community.
Until the 6th of March, all our income (MeetFighters, WatchFighters, ChatFighters) will still be assigned to FightersAid.
Ukrainian members can request help even after the 6th of March. Everything not requested from our members will be transferred to charities helping Ukrainians over the following days.

WatchFighters is going public! After our first announcement in May followed by a closed beta, we are opening the site for public beta today. Everyone can join and use the site while the paint is still drying, the last features are implemented, and the fight against bugs comes to an end.
How to join?

You can log in with your MeetFighers if you choose "Continue with MeetFighters" – no need to register!
Optionally, use the Settings page on MeetFighers and WatchFighters to link your accounts together. If you wish to copy all your existing videos from MeetFighers to WatchFighters, contact us to automatically transfer your content.
What is WatchFighters all about?
Over the years, we kept MeetFighters free of commercial activity and erotic content. We did this largely because we felt that such content would compromise the site's original mission. We had to say "NO" to questions like "can I advertise my commercial videos here?" or "can I post my erotic photos". But we also heard the voices in the community.
Enter WatchFighters:
- YES to free browsing of content.
- YES to posting and viewing your stuff that you couldn't post on MeetFighters.
- YES to sharing, selling and buying your videos.
- YES to content creators wanting to monetize their creations (videos, pictures, books?)
- YES to paid subscriptions and to supporting your favorite channels.
- YES to advertising your latest creations or creating your business entirely on WatchFighters.
- YES to creating your own playlists of (embedded) content from multiple sites.
- ...and more.
In a few minutes, everyone can monetize their channel and directly start earning money with their own videos, pictures, or blog posts. To make it attractive for everyone to use WatchFighters, our commissions only cover our own costs (but you can give us more if you want :) ). You can even choose to support a charity with your videos.
We offer many options, not just for commercial activity.
- You could be a curator and create a playlist with 'the best' internet videos out there and show them to your friends and discuss them in a community environment made for fighters and fighting enthusiasts.
- You could be a hobbyist and upload your matches, even those we have previously rejected on MeetFighters due to content or length.
- If you decide to earn money, you can choose how much WatchFighters, an optional Charity, and yourself get. *Minimum is 10% for WatchFighters to cover the costs, which include (server hosting, traffic, CDN, payment provider fee, conversion rate adjustment, support portal, and development of WatchFighers)
Advertising on MeetFighters
The rules for MeetFighters are not changing. We still believe that commercial activity compromise the site's original mission. However, it makes us happy that instead of having to say "no", we can now offer a place as an alternative.
We are grateful that, thanks to your generous contributions over the years, we could keep MeetFighters free and adless for over 12 years. And even more proud to help the fighting community during covid.
As a small bonus for today's news
- The New stuff page also highlights the latest content from ChatFighters and WatchFighters – no worries, you can hide that.
- Our chat got an update and allows now picture drag&drop and picture copy&paste. (Right-click + copy any picture on your computer and paste it in the chat - no need to upload it manually).

I'm happy to announce a long-awaited request: credit card payments for donations.
If you enjoy MeetFighters.com and you haven't done it already, you can donate to our site now with new payment options:
Accepted payment methods:

- Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Local payment options
- EPS, iDEAL, Bancontact, Sofort, GiroPay, Przelewy24, SEPA Direct Debit
- As well as the good, old-fashioned Wire Transfer / direct bank transfer
- Transfers can take a few days, but no payment provider is involved. MeetFighters gets 100% of your donation.
Sadly this comes with a tradeoff. We are no longer able to accept PayPal donations. But I think the new options are more than making up for it.
The good news is the price stays the same:
- Starting with BRONZE level at 14GBP/ 15EUR/ 20USD
- Up to PLATINUM level for 44GBP/ 50EUR/ 60USD
All these perks last for a year. You get the same benefits regardless of how much you donate (BRONZE, GOLD, SILVER, PLATINUM). The only difference is how much you love us and the color of your medal. You can view the status and expiration date of your donation near the top of the Settings page.
You can also gift a donation to a friend of yours: simply visit his profile, click on 'More,' and then on 'Gift.'
Your donations help pay the cost of running MeetFighters, and enable us to launch side projects like https://www.chatfighters.com, and our latest site, https://www.watchfighters.com, which is planned to launch later this year.
