In your new browser for Chat, will there be a webcam function ??

I am investigating webcam options. It's in the works, but no promises on timeline.

Dont take this as a critic, but as far as thinlgs work well, there is no need to change.

Also , I dont know what to propose, but the "block" function is used by some members too much . But maybe it is better like this.

For ex. , I met a member for a fight, all went well, but after some time, this member blocked me . Probably I am too old for him ( I can only guess ) . I have always been friendly with him.

Of course, as the site manager, you cant do anything to relationships between members.

Block issue.
When I was new
I attempted to send a message to
someone I was interested in.
What popped up was " this member
Has Blocked you".
I didn't get it.as he couldn't have possibly even seen my profile yet.
I assumed the Block option was for individuals who
harass other members who don't want to comunicate with them.
How can gou Block
someone before they even send you a message?
Furthermore I see no harm in being polite and respectful to members who are interested in me.
Its always nice to be admired.
There are nice ways to say no.
There's no need to be cruel.
If members don't respond to my message I just take that as a rejection and move on.
Its not neccessary to Block someone
Unless they keep
Persuing a fruitless cause.

Thanks for trying to improve the site always. i dont think you need to change the way the old browser works.
However, the white background is kind of bright.
We dont see anymore who is on line without being in the chat room which is a negative.
Keep up the good work

the thing i liked in the last version is i could see the profile pics of all the guy on the tchat. On this new version we cant see that.
This new version looks cool to use anyway.

Hi Admin. Just tried the new chat format. When I clicked on the link you provided it takes me to a screen where above my profile name is the name nick which definitely isn't me. Also, when I tick the box which says 'I have a password' instead of allowing me to enter mine it automatically enters one of about 20 or so characters whereas mine is only 6 long...........For me it isn't working so obviously I prefer the current format which I am using right now. Ben :)

Sounds like you were already logged on chat in a different window.

My feedback:

The thumbnails were better in the names list.
The chat lines are taking up too much real estate. The name, chat information and timestamp, could have been in the same line.

Thanks for all the work you put into this website. Everything looks great - my only comment is that i can't see the profile pics of the guys on the chat list (pics only show up if they are talking in the room). For some users, when i click on their name, I can see a pic - for most though, I can't see their pic unless I click on the entire profile. Maybe it's my computer though... thank you!

I am still having a difficult time using a chat client on my Android phone.

It looks good on my mobile but I couldn't see how to move between chat and Meetfighters without closing chat down.

Ah. It Doesn’t Open In A New Window, So I Don’t Think You Can Do Both At Once Unless You Click A Link In Chat.

It would be nice to see the mf main profile image beside each online member

Is there a way to keep the pictures of members on the right next to each name AND have the member picture show with each comment? Really like to see who the member is whether they are actively chatting or not.

Some Feedback from playing around with the Beta for a few hours:
It's all based on being used on a 17'' notebook.

• It seems to be a little bit slow sometimes (probably because it is beta?)
• I personally think that the "Chatters list" should be a bigger font - and the chat itself should be made a little bit smaller.
  • "Name - Text - Time stamp" or "Time stamp - name - text" in a single line would be a better formatting for that
• The autocomplete function for names is either not working or not implemented.
• The design of the room itself looks cleaner and the "channel-list" on the left-hand side is a +, especially if you're having more than 2 or 3 windows open simultaneously

I'll add more things to the list if I stumble upon some more.

cant reach the vids easily or the photos.

I can't seem to get the sound notifications to work. I clicked on the alarm button next to a private chat and it doesn't seem to add anything. I figured there has to be sounds if I have the option to mute sounds.

Previous one with pics of all participants was better.

Please offer us a gift - keep the possibility to choose between two versions of chat.

You need a guide button to click on that will tell you what the various colors that are used for the names indicate.

The colors have no particular meaning.

I like it quite a bit. I think it's a cleaner interface. I don't mind the profiles opening in a new window; I would actually like the chat to open in a new window so I can still send and answer messages, etc.

would be good if the chat opened in a new window so you continue to have access to main site.

Prefer the old chat-disconnected twice on the new chat.

chat looks good and is vary intuitive. however:

• I second the wish for a darker background (configuration option? or maybe take it from the site background setting).
• would be nice to have the option of a "compact view" to render the main chat text flow much more compactly, resembling old-school text-only chat; e.g. less space between consecutive lines from the same person, removal of thumbnail pictures, timestamp and user name inline, etc.

Looks neat on phone. Don’t have the time to try it on a computer.

I'm noticing slight lag for messages to appear. I also like to have the option back to fold back the memberslist.

I like the potential new version, especially as you can see the profile images in the public chat. Works great on the laptop but a bit of a glitch fest on my dinosaur iphone. Could do with whatever magic tricks you performed when the website was updated.
