Happy to provide advice. In fact read my blog. You don't need a gym, trust me with creativity you can do all the bodyweight stuff necessary until you are seriously getting big. Nice problem to have. You do need motivation. Pull ups. Push ups. Crunches (or better yet what I do hanging from some bar, tree limb, fire escape etc) – see my blog. For legs, run. Sprint - HARD. F=MA. more A, more F. God nutrition. Rest.
Thanks! When I had motivation and put the time in I did start noticing results fast. A bunch of things got in the way, mental health included and I stopped. Struggling to start and keep going...
So, I'm a slim guy verging on being toned but I wanna be muscled to be worshipped.
Problem is, I'm not very self disciplined and lose motivation quickly. I enjoy working out to an extent but get bored easily..
Can't afford a gym membership atm, especially if I lose motivation and stop going regularly and my timetable is too erratic to set aside set times each day/week...
Are there any muscled guys or there who would wanna help? Give me motivation or keep me in line to keep up with exercise? Rewards/punishments etc
