Started training my lad when he was a teenager. Always included some rough stuff at the end of the training so he knew what it was about. As the years passed the submissions became more intense and good to see a young lad develop too. He was never ashamed of his body and getting the relief he needed.
20 years on we still wrestle. But how the tables have turned. He’s a powerful hairy bear and it’s me who suffers humiliation. But the end of session release is as special as ever

I too learned very early the fight with my father. I always liked that. Now I do not fight with him anymore. And I miss it

Yep he’s 31 now. Big straight guy but still happy to unload at the end of a hard match
