I have done something similar to this. I used a deck of cards with holds written on them. The jobber rolls either dice or a die to determine how long the hold is applied. If the jobber submits before the time is run out he must then pull a punishment card. These cards have punishments such as gut, pec ect punches, spanking. The jobber rolls the dice again to determine how many punches ect he will recieve. Love to force the jobber to do pushup first so he is already broken down before the holds begin. Game is over when the cards are gone or the jobber totally submits. Then the "fun" really begins.
This type of match requires 20 notecards and a large bowl. On each card is written one of 10 wrestling holds (eg, camel clutch, side headlock, abdominal stretch) - once with the word GIVE on top, the second with TAKE. The cards are then placed in a bowl and mixed up. One opponent draws a card, reads it aloud, and proceeds to apply or receive the hold.
The fun of the game is in the luck of the draw. It might turn out to be a balanced back and forth match; however one guy may constantly draw TAKE and the other GIVE so that one opponent is on the receiving end 5 times in a row.
The time limit for the holds can determine the severity of the match. For a fun, even match one minute might be given for each draw. For an Alpha Domination match you may go 5 minutes per hold (figure 4 leglock, gut punching), really grinding it in and toughing it out.
For Jobber/Heel matches use two bowls, one for each wrestler, and stack the deck: the jobber bowl gets 7 TAKE and 3 GIVE, or 8 TAKE/2 GIVE, etc. With luck the jobber's GIVE cards would come late in the match when he is too tired to effectively apply the hold, the Heel mocking him or constantly breaking out and letting him reapply. Of course, a total squash would be 10/0. The fun comes when the jobber is forced to recite the next round's hold (TAKE head scissor, TAKE boston crab) before undergoing the ordeal.
Match is over when all cards are drawn. Alternative would be place the card back in the bowl(s) after drawing and continue endlessly to exhaustion/submission.

Sounds like a fun match. I love games of chance. Plus, stacking the deck works too.
