If you have not been getting paid for your videos on Watchfighters because Paxum returns your ACH deposits to your WF wallet balance after several days please read this.

I was frustrated for quite a while with my payment requests not going through on ACH withdrawals because there were important things to know I was not being told by Paxum bank support when calling and asking them. And had 3 transfers fail and be returned before I figured all of this out.
I am writing this as a community service because we should not face preventable obstacles when trying to get paid as content creators.

Do these things to actually get paid on ACH transfers for money you earned on WF.

1. Make the withdrawal request on your WF page under
My Wallet > click the link for Request Exception and manual payout.

2. Fill out the form and submit it.

3. Immediately you get an email from Paxum bank with the subject line: "Incoming Payment from CMWF services." Click on the blue button in the email which says: "Claim Your Money".

4. This takes you to a Paxum Bank web page to setup the transfer to your bank. You need to have a checking account with a major bank with ITS OWN SWIFT CODE. Here are 4 below.

- Bank Of America code: BOFAUS3N
- Chase Bank code: CHASUS33
- Citibank code: CITIUS33
- Wells Fargo code: WFBIUS6S

You can look up more swift codes here:
https://bank.codes/swift-code/united-states/

NOTE:
If you have a smaller bank or credit union borrowing one of the above codes that WILL NOT work as Paxum cannot differentiate account numbers in this situation. It will seem to go through at first but will take several days to be declined and returned to you WF wallet balance.

5. As Paxum indicates you have a deadline of 5 business days for this next step:

6. Pick United States for those of us in the U.S

7. Pick ACH as the method.

8. Click Enter Bank Details.

9. Account number is your checking account number.

10. Bank Swift Code is the code from the list above.

11. Bank Address is the NATIONAL HQ address for the bank, NOT your local branch address. You need to pick the correct State matching the city and zip code provided. Then click Next Step.

12. After Next Step it asks for YOUR home street address. Make sure this matches what is listed on your bank acount then click next step.

13. Extra Parameters Screen:
ABA/Routing number. This does NOT mean the banks ABA number. It is their ACH routing number they want, matching the ACH method you picked.
The ABA number will NOT work, don't use it.

14. Beneficiary Account Type pick Checking then Next Step.

15. This is the summary screen. Make sure all the information is correct then click Looks Good Button.

16. It goes back to the original screen with a blue transfer (amount) button. Click that.

17. They send a code to your email you must enter to finalize the transaction. Enter that and then it should show a green check mark saying transfer initiated.

18. You then receive a confirmation email from Paxum bank with the subject line "Processing EFT Transfer comfirming it is in progress.

19. You then watch for the final email from Paxum bank with the subject line "EFT tansfer processed that mentions it can take 5 business days for your bank to receive it.

20. Watch your specified bank account for the funds to come through. In my case once I got Paxum's final email it was already in my local bank account.
