Event Description

Metro Wrestling has been holding freestyle practices in New York City since 1992. We are pleased to announce that we are resuming practices and will be practicing weekly in Manhattan, every Sunday from 2pm-4pm, at 38 W 32nd St, 14th Floor, suite 1406, New York, NY 10001. This is next to the H Mart supermarket, and close to Penn Station. Bring wrestling or flat-soled shoes and appropriate athletic attire (shirt/shorts or singlet). Water is available. We do warmups, drilling, directed matches and open mats. We usually have dinner as a group after practice.
