Fighting Events - Wrestlefest - New York City, 2017

There are no fees of any kind associated with this event.

For the past several years, over a hundred wrestlers and boxers have converged each February on mid-town Manhattan, New York City, for several days of wrestling and comradery. Here are the pertinent details if you're interested in joining us this year.

The dates for this Wrestlefest are Saturday, February 18 through Wednesday, February 22. Anybody is welcome to participate. Most participants are wrestlers (all styles welcome), but we also have some boxers that participate.

There is no formal structure to Wrestlefest; instead the participants set up matches between themselves as desired.

There is no public wrestling/boxing space associated with this event; matches are held in the individual participants' own hotel rooms. Bring your own mats if desired.

Most participants stay in hotel rooms located close to Madison Square Garden, in mid-town Manhattan. You'll probably also want to stay in that area to be close to the other participants, but public transportation in New York City is good if you'd prefer to stay somewhere else in the city.
Do NOT add your profile to the roster of participants that are definitely attending until you have contacted me, brawl_mart, the organizer, and I have replied to your request to sign up. Also, there is no need to post your profile, telling others that you are NOT attending.
