Event Description

Welcome to Zurich Open Mat!

We mostly do grappling and submission wrestling, but we are open for any wrestling style. We are open for anyone who enjoys fighting - beginners, intermediate and experts.

We do warm-up, train techniques (guided by BJJ black belt) and then have open mats for fighting. There are showers and a locker room. Drinks and towel are available for a fee.
