Event Description

Come and join us at the next Open Gym Day at the Wrestling Room in Claymont, DE Saturday, July 9. 2022 from Noon to 5 p.m.

We have a 14x14 raised mats and a 16x16 professional wrestling ring. We provide snacks and water.

All wrestling styles, boxing, gut punching. All ages and skill levels.

Group Oil wrestling during the last hour and it is a blast. Pro ring remains available during that hour for regular wrestling and boxing.

Josh will be there again to teach and demonstrate. He will also wrestle opr box with any and all interested attendees. There is a shower, but you need to bring your own towel and shower stuff.

Admission is $20.00 at the door.
