Metro Wrestling (MGWA) holds freestyle wrestling practice every Sunday at 38 West 32 St, 14th Floor, Suite 1406, New York NY 10001 USA. Please check www.metrowrestling.org before attending since we occasionally change the location (to 51 W 14 St #3fs), or make practice earlier if the usual time slot is not available. You can also send a message here or via the website. It is close to Penn Station and right next to the H Mart. Warmups, coaching, drilling, open mats. 2:30-4:30pm Sundays. Dinner afterwards. First practice of the month is beginners' practice but all wrestlers are welcome at all practices. Special events planned from time to time will be posted separately. See you on the mats!
