Easy. Taking off my t-shirt, got nailed in the pit with my stomach sucked in, NOT flexed. I was hurt and down. Loved it. Rolled around and couldn't get up for 10 minutes.
He should have pounded you against the wall in the bathroom or basement. I vomited before from being punched and I had to clean it up while he laughed at me.
Guy I met a few years ago, I like to start off with light punches and build up, but the guy layed into me like I owed him money! He slammed 5 power punches into my relaxed stomach, actually felt myself lift on tip toe. I was winded right away and couldn't take any more, thus a very short session :(
"bad"? The BEST experiences, IMO, seriously put the hurt on your solar plexus, make you gasp, knock the wind out of you, etc.
I know - and totally understand why - not everybody likes it, but solar plexus punishment is a favorite of mine, because that means whoever is kicking my ass knows exactly what he's doing.
As being literally breathless necessarily causes death, I don't think any would live to tell the tale, so I don't think you should expect many - or in fact any - answers to your question.
