Nice training for infighters. I'd recommend moving to your left. As an out boxer, you realize how weak a left jab is compared to a right power shot. Make him reach.
He is the guy who is being trained in the video! Guy in the black gloves is coaching him and only counter punching. That notwithstanding, I guess you'd just whup either of them given how many past opponents you have on this site!
wow-what a great way to spar for inside fighting, and for ;learning how to get and deal with the rythem of an opponent! At 5-7 I usually have no problem with reach, -esp other women - Bu you bette have an answer for those who like to stand in and bang, not always be backinig off and getting herded around the ring. Yeah!

i agree - this is great drill to develop infighting - I am a fan of slugging in close
